Nung nóng chảy-ĐúcQuy trình sản xuất của chúng tôi bắt đầu bằng công đoạn nung nóng chảy nhôm. Tận dụng đặc tính của nhôm là một kim loại có khả năng tái chế cao, chúng tôi sản xuất các hợp kim nhôm từ nguyên liệu khác nhau như: Nhôm nguyên chất hoặc phế liệu nhôm phát sinh trong quá công đoạn sản xuất…
Sau khi được nung chảy trong lò nung với công nghệ cao, nhôm được kiểm tra và điều chỉnh thành phần. Sau đó, toàn bộ nguyên liệu sẽ được chiết xuất qua khuôn đúc. Khí hydro và các tạp chất lẫn trong kim loại nóng chảy sẽ được loại bỏ bằng thiết bị gắn bên ngoài lò nung. Bằng cách này, công ty có thể đáp ứng được yêu cầu của các khách hàng khác nhau với những nguyên vật liệu khác nhau với chất lượng cao và giao hàng kịp thời theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.

Ép đùn
Công đoạn ép đùn sử dụng phương pháp ép dẻo nhôm hoặc hợp kim nhôm ở nhiệt độ khoảng 400~500℃.
Thông thường, công đoạn này sử dụng phôi đúc hình trụ, ép dưới áp lực lớn, nhôm hoặc hợp kim nhôm được ép qua khuôn tạo thành sản phẩm nhôm định hình.
Bằng phương pháp này, chúng tôi có thể dễ dàng gia công thành phẩm chỉ bằng một công đoạn ép đùn với cả những sản phẩm có hình dạng mặt cắt phức tạp hoặc các sản phẩm rỗng ruột mà các phương pháp xử lý khác khó có thể thực hiện được. Chúng tôi cũng có thể tạo ra các sản phẩm có hình dạng và kích thước cực kỳ chính xác.

Xử lý nhiệt
Hợp kim nhôm được ép đùn và sau đó được tôi luyện để cải thiện độ bền cơ học trước khi cung cấp cho khách hàng. Ngoài ra, với công nghệ xử lý nhiệt đặc biệt, chúng tôi cũng có thể cung cấp sản phẩm ở trạng thái dễ gia công, như khi khách hàng có nhu cầu cần uốn cong sản phẩm…

Kiểm tra
Chúng tôi có bộ phận quản lý chất lượng để đảm bảo rằng các sản phẩm được chế tạo ra đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật của khách hàng. Chúng tôi luôn kiểm tra để đảm bảo xem sản phẩm có đáp ứng yêu cầu về độ bền cơ học hay không, thành phần hóa học có nằm trong phạm vi cho phép hay không, kích thước và hình dạng sản phẩm có theo đúng như trong bản vẽ hay không, sản phẩm có đúng theo thông số kỹ thuật sản xuất hay không…
Ngoài ra, chúng tôi cũng tiến hành giám sát tổ chức hoạt động một cách hiệu quả để đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm đạt hay không đạt, trên cơ sở đó đề xuất các vật liệu phù hợp cho mục đích sử dụng của khách hàng.

Chúng tôi có thể xử lý các sản phẩm yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt với phạm vi cắt 50～6000mm.

溶解・鋳造

当社の製造工程のスタートは溶解から始まります。アルミニウムはリサイクルに優れた金属で、製造工程で発生するスクラップや地金をベースに様々な材質のアルミニウム合金を製造しております。最新の溶解炉で溶かされたアルミニウムは成分を調整・確認されたあと毎回、全量抽出され毎回異なる材質の鋳造ができるよう工夫されています。また、炉外装置により、溶湯中の水素ガス、介在物の除去を行っています。これにより幅広いお客様に異なる材質をタイムリーに高品質で提供できる仕組みとしております。

押出

押出加工はアルミニウムやアルミ合金を400～500℃の熱間で押出する加工方法です。一般には円柱の鋳塊（ビレット）を押出機を用いて、強い圧力を加えて各種の形状をもつダイス穴から押出して、細長い加工製品（押出材）をつくります。この方法によると、他の加工法では製造することがむずかしい中空品や複雑な断面形状の製品でも、1回の押出工程で容易につくることが可能です。また寸法精度の非常にきびしい形状の製品をつくることもできます。

熱処理

アルミニウム合金は押出後、焼戻し処理を行い、機械的強さを向上させ提供されます。また、お客様で曲げ加工をされる際などは、特別な熱処理を施し、加工しやすい状態で提供しております。

検査

作りこまれた製品は、品質管理課でお客様仕様に合っていることを確認します。機械的強さを満足しているか、化学成分は範囲内であるか、寸法・形状が図面通りか、などを確認し、製品を製作仕様通りの内容であるかを保証しております。また、製品の良否を評価するために有効な組織観察を行い、お客様の使用用途に合った材料の提案もさせて頂いております。

切断範囲50～6000mmで切断公差の厳しい製品を取り扱っております。

Washin Kogyo Co. Ltd was establishd in 1950. We manufacture and sell aluminum extrusion products such as extruded shapes, pipes, bars and wires, produced from aluminum and aluminum alloys with integrated production system, from casting to finished products. Extruded shapes, which account for half of our total sals, are used for construction and in many other applications. Our pipes and bars are widely used in the automobile and motorcycle industries and as component materials for telecommunication equipment and various other products. Our customers are not only Japan, our sales network ensures a large overseas clientele also.

The word “Wa” in Japanese means harmony, concord, conformity, and unity. Even in the production of aluminum products, the pursuit of such a philosophy is, we believe, of value. Everything we do is grounded in this philosophy and in our aim to expand the circle of “Wa”. Our primary commitment is to our community, shareholders, and employees, as well as all the other parties we deal with. More than anything else we aim to secure the trust of these groups and individuals. “Wa” is the underlying spirit required for the accomplishment of this commitment.

Achieving harmony between nature and people for the creation of a more affluent society is an overriding priority of the 21st century. Washin Kogyo Co. Ltd was establishd in 1950. We manufacture and sell aluminum extrusion products such as extruded shapes, pipes, bars and wires, produced from aluminum and aluminum alloys with integrated production system, from casting to finished products. Extruded shapes, which account for half of our total sals, are used for construction and in many other applications. Our pipes and bars are widely used in the automobile and motorcycle industries and as component materials for telecommunication equipment and various other products. Our customers are not only Japan, our sales network ensures a large overseas clientele also.

The word “Wa” in Japanese means harmony, concord, conformity, and unity. Even in the production of aluminum products, the pursuit of such a philosophy is, we believe, of value. Everything we do is grounded in this philosophy and in our aim to expand the circle of “Wa”. Our primary commitment is to our community, shareholders, and employees, as well as all the other parties we deal with. More than anything else we aim to secure the trust of these groups and individuals. “Wa” is the underlying spirit required for the accomplishment of this commitment.

Công ty TNHH Washin Aluminium Việt Nam bắt đầu đi vào hoạt động sản xuất tại Việt Nam từ năm 2014 đến nay. Ứng dụng kỹ thuật nung, ép đùn, kéo nguội đã được công ty mẹ – WASHIN KOGYO CO., LTD phát triển tại Nhật Bản, chúng tôi sản xuất và cung cấp các sản phẩm nhôm định hình hướng đến thị trường Đông Nam Á, trong đó nổi bật là thị trường Việt Nam, nhằm đóng góp một phần vào sự phát triển của Việt Nam và khu vực Đông Nam Á.
Lĩnh vực kinh doanh mà chúng tôi hướng tới đó là cung cấp đa dạng các sản phẩm từ vật liệu xây dựng, vật phẩm bố trí cảnh quan, mở rộng ra các đối tượng sản phẩm như phụ tùng ô-tô, xe máy, vật tư y tế…bằng việc tiếp tục triển khai hơn nữa công nghệ kỹ thuật mà chúng tôi đã tích lũy được từ trong quá khứ.

Melting /Casting
Our production process begins with the process of metal melting. Utilizing the properties of aluminum as a highly recyclable metal, we manufacture aluminum alloys with different material components from raw metal, or scrap, etc.
After melting in the furnace with latest technology, chemical compositions of aluminum are adjusted and processed and we supply various aluminum alloys on every melting charge. In addition, hydrogen gas and inclusions mixed in molten metal are also removed with each equipment in-line. This is a system that helps our company to provide customers with various aluminum alloys, offer high quality and can be delivered on time, in accordance with customer requirements.

Extruding
The extrusion process is a hot fabricating aluminum or aluminum alloy at a temperature of about 400 ~ 500 ℃.
Typically, using hydraulic extrusion press, cylindrical ingots are pressed and extruded to the shapes through dies.
By this method, our extrusion process produces hollow products as well as complicated cross-cutting products that are difficult to process by other methods. We may also manufacture products with extremely precise shapes and sizes.

Heat treatment
Aluminum alloy is extruded and then tempered to improve its mechanical strength before being delivered to customers. In addition, when customers need to bend products, special heat treatment technology is used, providing products in a state that helps customers.

Inspection
We have a quality management department to ensure that manufactured products meet our customers’ technical requirements. We always check to make sure that the product meets mechanical strength requirements and that the chemical composition is within the permitted range and that the size and shape of the product is in accordance with the drawing, ensuring that it is correct according to the production specifications.
In addition, we also monitor the organization and operation effectively to assess whether the product quality is satisfactory or not, which may involve proposing materials suitable for the intended use of the customer.

High Precision Cutting
We may supply products with severe tolerance with cutting length from 50 to 6,000 mm.

Message from the General Director

Vina Washin Aluminum Co., Ltd started its production in Vietnam in 2014 and continues today . Applying techniques of casting,extruding and drawing aluminum which have been developed by our parent company – WASHIN KOGYO CO., LTD. in Japan – we fabricate and supply aluminum extruded products aimed at the Southeast Asia market,contributing to the development of the region..
Our business provides a wide range of products from construction materials and landscaping items to products such as accessories for automobiles, motorcycles and medical supplies. This is achieved by continuing to develop technology that we have accumulated in the past.
We select and train talented and hard-working Vietnamese employees through a training and professional development process developed in Japan to improve production techniques, quality management, and product management ability. This enables coordination with Japanese staff to promote technology development, and helps the company to become a manufacturer of aluminum extruded products with its own characteristics that are not to be confused with any other manufacturer in the world.
